R-TECH Materials appoints new plant integrity manager

R-Tech Materials is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Dave Mumford, as our new Plant Integrity Manager. Dave joins us with a wealth of experience on a number of international integrity projects on a wide variety of plant and equipment. His experience across the steel, power generation, nuclear, marine, oil & gas and water industries globally will further add to that of the already strong R-Tech Materials team.

Adopting a philosophy of managing engineering plant life can actively mitigate the risk of unplanned outages and worse, catastrophic accidents. Working in conjunction with our inspection and analysis partners, R-Tech Materials is now able to offer a complete plant integrity service, including:

  • the interpretation of statutory requirements,
  • design review,
  • materials selection review,
  • specification of inspection requirements,
  • site management of inspection contractors,
  • on-site metallographic assessment,
  • code-based and advanced data analysis,
  • full reporting
