After commissioning the design and fabrication of bespoke 50mm fatigue clamps, R-Tech is pleased to announced the successful testing of the first batch of 50mm rebar fatigue test samples. This marks the completion of an 18 month development and investment project that has included the commissioning of a new Si-Plan 400kN Electromagnetic resonance machine, the design and fabrication of bespoke fatigue clamps and the development of a reliable and repeatable test method.

This addition to the R-Tech scope means that all the requirements of International Standards for rebar can be met in house for material from 6mm to 50mm bar.
